Golf Tournaments Management and Administration System (Saas) is a project in which you can generate tournaments with all the administration that a golf tournament needs, from players registration (web or control panel), generate Tee Times suggested by the system, print scorecards, entering players' records and approving results, all in a very dynamic, simple and flexible way for the administrator. In addition, the solution has a client management tool.

Looking for a reliable development company in different countries and selecting, after several interviews, IndiaNIC as responsible for carrying out the development of our project.

Excellent, their collaborators are very responsible, attentive and kind, and they have an excellent knowledge of what we were looking for our development.
Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?
Definitely. The project was always on the dates offered and within the budget originally established and always in common agreement for the extra costs in any extra development that we did not initially consider.
Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?
Yes, there were originally sessions to see exactly what results to get and we had process understanding sessions and calculation of results for a golf tournament. All this was very short in time given the ability of understanding of the IndiaNIC team.

Is there anything you believe IndiaNIC could improve on?
I think it may be part of the design, for our case I think that the look and feel could have been something better in the project, but I do not know if this was because they adhered to our original idea or probably here they have an opportunity at this point.

However, when it comes to sending emergency location information to the responders, clients require as much automation as possible to speed up the notification process. We have developed a system for emergency responders to receive notifications on their phones, tablets, and station display screens via the fastest transmission possible. Once received, emergency responders can reply with their status to help ensure adequate coverage is being sent to the emergency.
Develop the ability to process emergency call-center dispatch notifications and quickly relay that information based on incident-type, station ID, or other parameter to the necessary responder cell phones, tablets, or station computers.
Develop the ability to track who is responding to the emergency in real-time.
Develop the ability to provide standardized map-able locations regardless of the data format received from the emergency call-center.
Develop the ability for emergency Fire and Medical departments to manually send out notifications as needed so they are received on the same devices automated messages are.
Utilizing the most recent web-development technologies, we have provided the ability for the client to manage their responder information via a web-portal that does not require any software to be installed or maintained. Clients can access the web portal via laptop, desktop, tablet, or mobile browsers. The web portal was developed using PHP, MySQL, AngularJS, NodeJS, as well as back-end scripting via various BASH and CRON scripts.
Clients are able to display real time "Command Centers" on any computer display to monitor emergency dispatch notifications, location maps, weather maps, and scrolling announcements/alerts.
Management of responder information keeps all personal data private, yet still allows sending of direct messages to specific responders without revealing phone numbers or e-mail addresses.
The client also has fully archived data via layered MySQL archiving tables and backup scripts for redundancy and reporting.
IndiaNIC seems to have a staff that is well-rounded. If our developer does not know how to accomplish some task, he often conferences with another staff member to find out the answers. For example, we have used the AWS resource on several occasions to assist us with some aspect of our project.

Explain what your project was about.
We needed a dedicated PHP/MySQL/Shell Scripting developer to help us manage our web-front end. Specific tasks would vary as the developer would remain full-time.

They maintain the primary web-front end along with several back-end data processing scripts.
How did you get to meet the IndiaNIC team and what led you to hiring them?
It's been so long I forget the exact specifics. I believe it was a referral by a friend who was using them for some web development work.
How was their project management?
I don't have much experience with their project management because I manage their developer via our Task Management portal. I work directly with the developer to pass along updates, requests, and various feedback to the current task he is working on. Because it is a fluid process, there are no specific start and end points that require a separate project management.
Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?
The project is always on-going. It's a dedicated developer we have.
Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?
Basic PHP, MySQL, Shell Scripting expertise was on-par with what we expected. Of course, training was necessary for the developer to learn/understand how our system works and the necessary components that need development work. As time has passed, we have allowed the developer to also learn new skills and apply them to our project (such as AngularJS, NodeJS, etc) so they can grow as a developer.

To provide a cloud-based platform for school systems to centrally manage the accreditation process and facilitate school improvement among their member schools.
We implemented a proper cloud-based architecture utilizing the different AWS services to improve site performance. The solution required us to configure the code to allow for storage and retrieval of different static objects and client-provided documents to the AWS S3 bucket dynamically for each separate user-client. Also, our team worked the client to create the future path to a full SaaS version to be built upon industry standard frameworks and best practices.
The challenge was to help the company provide practical solutions for emergency response strategies.
The objective for IndiaNIC was to create a tool that helped avoid potential issues in emergency response protocols.

The challenge was to develop a mobile app featuring fitness monitoring tools. The users of this fitness app would be able to make the most of various tools and monitor their progress.
The objective was to launch a great first version which was visually appealing and with an easy-to-use interface. They wanted to obtain many downloads.
IndiaNIC had an enormous interest in the project and offered helpful feedback as well. IndiaNIC has built the app for iOS and Android and added several functionalities like a unique camera, which allows users to compare their progress, as well as a social feed, BMIC and weight statistics.
