My name is Vachi, and I represent as a Medical Consultant for my firm, we are based in different cities in India.
Explain what your project was about.
Our project was about developing a mobile app for helping people with their diet depending on their ailments. With our app user can have a planned dietary option without even consulting with a doctor.
Explain to what scope extend Techugo was involved in your project.
Techugo was responsible for coding and developing the application for me, my entire application is developed by them including wireframe, layout, design.
How did you get to meet the Techugo team and what led you to hiring them?
We searched for many companies and short-listed 10, but out of them only Techugo became our choice, because of their professionalism and courtesy and they were very open to our ideas and were very friendly.
How was their project management?
They set timeline and milestones and remained stick to their words. I found them technically competent and throughout the process met deadlines. They were available for us on their week-off also and happily made any required changes. They used a different approach and were very quick to respond to any feedback/view / request for changes.
Was the project completed as expected? Was the time and the budget the same you agreed on?
Yes the project was complete in-time and it did not incur any further costing to our decided budget.
Did you find their expertise up to what you expected? Did they require any kind of training from your end to understand your product?
I found them well-equipped with their technical knowledge, and were quick to understand the project scope and its requirements without a fail. They were very much willing to understand our need and suggested better approaches than what we proposed. .
Please highlight the best things of Techugo.
Communication has been the best quality of Techugo. I am a non-technical person, but they made me understand everything with an ease. They listen very carefully, which is an area in which many other developers have failed.
Is there anything you believe Techugo could improve on?
I don't have anything to say. We're very pleased. We think to associate with them again.
Is there anything else about your experience with Techugo that you would like to share?
Techugo listened to our feedback, and added their valuable input. We are non-technical, and we didn’t have a list of features for the application, but only a concept, but Techugo made it great with their experience.
